How to reach us
The fastest way to reach us is by phone at 516-255-6711. Tap the number on your mobile device to call right away. You can also email info@rushpassport.com with questions or documents you want us to review. Our office is located on Fifth Ave Ct in Bay Shore, NY 11706, and our hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 3 pm. If you contact us after hours, we will return your message as soon as we reopen.
What to prepare before you call
A little preparation helps us give you faster and more accurate guidance. It is useful to know your travel dates, the expiration date on your current passport, and whether your passport is lost, stolen, or damaged. If your passport was lost or stolen, note when and where it happened. If you still have your old passport, keep it handy.
It also helps to have proof of citizenship and a government issued photo ID available. If you are not sure what you need, that is perfectly fine. We will walk you through the list and explain what is required for your case.
Families and groups are welcome. If several people need passports, tell us how many travelers there are and their ages, because the rules differ for adults and for children. We can plan the paperwork for everyone at the same time, which saves effort and helps the whole group stay on schedule.
What happens after you contact us
After your call or message, we review your situation and explain which service fits, including renewal, replacement, or urgent options. We then outline the documents, photo, and forms you need, along with fees paid to the government and our service fees. Once you decide to move forward, we prepare your application and review it carefully before submission.
We keep you informed along the way and answer questions as they come up. Our aim is to make the process feel organized and calm, even when your timeline is tight.
Payment, hours, and important notice
We accept cash and credit cards. Fees are explained before work begins, so you always know what to expect. Our hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 3 pm. For urgent cases, calling early in the day gives us the most time to help.
Please note that we are an independent private service and not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State. We do not issue passports, and we cannot guarantee processing times or delivery dates. Government fees are separate from our service fees. To book an appointment, use the form on this page, which prepares an email to our office, or call us directly.
